2. Use of Our Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry or make a booking request on our website.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting any form on our website.
• You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, or scraping content without permission.

3. Enquiries and Bookings

• Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding reservation or admission agreement.
• We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
• A formal Resident Admission Agreement, including specific terms of care, fees, and obligations, will be executed separately before any resident is admitted.
• Information provided on our website (pricing, room availability, services) is indicative and subject to change; the final agreement will reflect confirmed terms.

4. Family Portal Access

• Access to the Family Portal is granted only to individuals authorised in writing by the resident or their legal guardian.
• Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with third parties.
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke portal access if it is misused or if the authorisation is withdrawn.
• Information displayed on the Family Portal (health updates, photos, activity logs) is provided in good faith but should not be treated as a substitute for direct communication with our care team on medical matters.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees for residency and services are set out in the Resident Admission Agreement and associated fee schedule.
• Payments may be made via international card, wire transfer, or UPI, through our secure payment gateway.
• Late payment may attract administrative charges as specified in the Resident Admission Agreement.
• Refunds, if any, are governed by the cancellation and refund clause in the Resident Admission Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Sunny Hills takes all reasonable care in providing eldercare services and maintaining accurate website information, we do not guarantee that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses;
• Information on the website is complete or fully up to date at all times;
• Smart technology systems (CCTV, wearables, alerts) will function without any failure, although we maintain industry-standard maintenance and redundancy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunny Hills shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on website content. Liability in relation to resident care and safety is governed exclusively by the Resident Admission Agreement and applicable law.

12. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to terms affecting active residents will be communicated directly and, where required by the Resident Admission Agreement, will require fresh written consent.
